What is the average expense for Hockey equipment?

What would be the average expense to get all of the equipment for girls hockey? Not a Goalie. What are some brands you recomend?

Well like said before, depends on the condition (new or used), the brand, the size, where you get it, etc.
But for used probably $200-400 and for new $500-800+.

The brands I recommend are CCM, Easton, Reebok, and Bauer.
